Lead a value stream of cyber security services for a large bank, coaching senior leaders from outputs to outcomes in a joint transformation team
We are recruiting a Value Stream Lead to join a joint transformation between Lithe and our partner organisation. Together we work with the leadership of a large bank’s cyber security function, and we share responsibility for the programme and its results. The role covers one of three areas: identity and access management, the security operations centre, or threat capability.
You will lead a value stream that runs a large portfolio of programmes and services, which the bank’s teams rely on every day. You will work as a partner to senior leaders in that area, bringing coaching and consulting together.
Your focus will be helping leaders move from measuring outputs to delivering outcomes. You will help them set clear objectives and key results, shape how their teams are organised, and decide which roles they need beneath the leadership team. You will speak the leaders’ language and ground every change in their real services and customers.
Our partner organisation brings delivery experience and a commercial track record to the programme. Lithe brings transformation leadership and talent. Both teams work side by side, so the people you join will see one joint team, not two separate suppliers.
Deep knowledge of agile and digital transformation in the context of security in banks, with direct experience of delivering it. Senior experience in technology, security or operations, with a clear understanding of how those teams run. A track record of leading agile or organisational transformation at senior level. Confidence working with executives and earning their trust quickly. Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder skills. Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is a strong advantage. A practical approach that delivers visible value early, so leaders see the benefit from the start.

I’ll add this to the job, along with the margin note in the internal notes field, as soon as the ATS sign-in is complete in the browser pane.
